J.J. Flowers represent Jaap-Jan Kuyvenhoven. The company is located at Hoge Noordweg 25 in Naaldwijk, a few minutes away from Flora Holland flower auction.
The company is 11,500 m2 in size. There are 4 types of amaryllis grown, mainly Ferrari (60%) and Challenger, Mont Blanc and Grand Diva.
The production of the cut amaryllis is from mid October to late February, with emphasis on December, before the Christmas season.
Jaap-Jan takes care of the cultivation and harvesting of the amaryllis and Marja arranges the packing of the amaryllis and takes care of the administration of the company.
Together with a fixed group of employees who return each year, the amaryllis are harvested and packed 7 days a week.
The amaryllis are pre-sorted, which ensures a uniform sorting, which makes it possible to carry out wrapping more carefully.
The flowers are packed in own amaryllis boxes, beautiful blue lids provided with the logo of J.J. Flowers. This package represents the excellent quality of amaryllis. Only the best products of the nursery are packaged.
